Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and deter unauthorized access to restricted areas;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns according to site protocols;
Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge activity records, and other required documentation related to access events, deliveries, and security-related incidents;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and unsecured access points
