Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and security-related policies at a technology location;
Monitor entrances, lobbies, badge readers, and visitor management systems to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity or access issues;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Assist with visitor processing, temporary badge issuance, and delivery coordination while maintaining accurate access logs, incident reports, and other required documentation;
Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, restricted areas, and the exterior perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
