Job Description Control Room Officer

Wage: $23.00 per hour

• Previous CCTV, alarm monitoring, and dispatching experience
• 2–3 years of data center security experience
• 2–3 years of control room operator experience

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site to ensure security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Provide customer service and information to client employees and customers.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and enforcing regulations.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and moving up to 10–25 pounds as required.

• Full‑time or part‑time position available
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Control Room Officer
