Iron Mountain - 11680 Hayden Road - Responsibilities:
Prevent unauthorized individuals/vehicles from entering the facility/restricted areas by using the latest security technology;
Monitor safety, security, and fire alarm systems, monitor onsite CCTV and respond as needed;
Act as brand ambassador by providing clear and concise information to customers, employees, visitors to educate, inform and ensure compliance with rules and regulations of the facility;
In the event of an emergency, support the emergency plan, including providing clear direction to all occupants in the event of a safety or security related situation;
Appropriately document any significant security and safety incidents
