The Security Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the United States, responsible for overseeing security operations and ensuring the safety of people, property, and information. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing physical security measures, coordinating incident response, and supervising security personnel across assigned locations. The role involves conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing security policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

The Security Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to evaluate security technologies, address vulnerabilities, and support continuous improvement. This position also requires preparing reports, analyzing security data, and providing guidance and training to enhance overall security awareness.

• Demonstrated expertise in Physical Security and Security Management to oversee on‑site protection of people and assets.
• Strong knowledge of Information Security and Cybersecurity to safeguard sensitive data and support secure business operations.
• Experience with Network Security to manage and coordinate technical controls that prevent unauthorized access and threats.
• Proven leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, develop security policies, and implement incident response plans.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP, CISM) are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with attention to detail and integrity.
