The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACK’s North American construction projects. The candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management, tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites. The Construction Security Program Manager ensures contractor compliance with security requirements, identifies potential security gaps, and recommends remediation solutions.

Northern Virginia - Travel:
Up to 50% to North American property locations - Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
- 5 years of experience in security management preferred
- 2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
- Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
- Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
- Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
- Data center or construction site security experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Experience working with external security services firms
- You are a strong communicator, persuasively clear, blending analytics with experience in decision-making.
- You can juggle multiple priorities while balancing urgent requests with shifting timelines and deliverables.
- You are a team builder, taking time to understand and develop the strengths of your resources while formulating long-term plans for the growth and success of the team.
