Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, credentials, and/or visitor activity while following post orders and reporting security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations;
Support a professional presence by maintaining awareness of the surroundings, handling routine questions, and completing required reports related to daily activities and/or incidents
