As a Security Officer Armed Patrol with Active Clearance in Manassas, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine armed patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security‑related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and assist with visitor and contractor procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Maintain required documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and daily activity logs, and communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

• Possess an active Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
