, and we are searching for a hands‑on, motivated HVAC Manager to lead the launch of this new division. This role will oversee both HVAC Service and HVAC Install as the department grows, ensuring high‑quality workmanship, strong team development, and an exceptional customer experience.

As the HVAC Manager, you will oversee all HVAC operations during the initial growth phase, including service calls, replacements, installations, training, team development, and quality control.
Leadership & Team Development- Recruit, train, and develop HVAC Service Technicians and Installers
- Build onboarding and field training programs as the division grows
- Hold regular meetings/huddles to review expectations, performance, and goals
- Oversee all HVAC service calls, diagnostics, and repair quality
- Support technicians on complex calls or customer issues
- Ensure proper documentation, safety, and code compliance
- Work closely with dispatch to prioritize and manage the call board
- Manage all HVAC replacement and installation jobs
- Review proposals, job staging, materials, labor needs, and equipment requirements
- Conduct jobsite inspections and complete quality control reviews
- Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to Beacon standards
- Maintain callback rates below 4% through proactive inspections and coaching
- Ensure technicians follow Beacon’s customer communication expectations
- Step in on escalations to protect the customer experience and brand reputation
- Track labor, material, and equipment costs to meet company targets
- Collaborate with Sales, Install Coordination, and Leadership to ensure smooth job flow
- Assist in creating HVAC‑specific SOPs, processes, and standards
- Experienced HVAC professional with strong background in both service and installation
- Proven leader who has managed or helped build an HVAC team
- Organized, disciplined, and strong at planning and execution
- Excellent communicator and coach, able to set expectations and drive accountability
- Hands‑on, willing to roll up sleeves as the department grows
- Committed to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
