HVAC Service Technican

We are looking for a lead HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team! We are a well‑established company and have been providing safe, clean, courteous, and reliable services to homeowners since 2010. Our new office in Front Royal is interviewing highly skilled technicians who take pride in their work!

• Maintain, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment; identify, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and thoroughly checking the entire system.
• Develop positive relationships through professional interactions with customers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork to document work performed.
• Communicate effectively and work well with team members.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Lift up to 100 lbs., stand, bend, and kneel for long periods of time.
• Show up on time daily.

• 3–5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid EPA license/certification to work with R‑22 & R‑410A.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own personal tools of the trade.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, good customer‑service skills, honest, hardworking, and a positive can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to accept responsibility and learn new tasks.
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends as required.
