Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across commercial properties. This role ensures that facilities remain safe, functional, and visually well-maintained by addressing work orders efficiently and delivering high quality workmanship. Responsibilities include general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting building systems and coordinating with Store Mangers and Project Managers accordingly.

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Reviewing, prioritizing, and completing assigned work orders within required time frames (including NTE limits)
• Perform on-site assessments to diagnose issues and determine repair solutions
• Complete general repairs including drywall, painting, minor carpentry, flooring, and fixture replacement.

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
• Some overnight may be required
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
