We are expanding our field crews and seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a background in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property restoration. Whether you’ve worked in outdoor labor, landscape installation, storm cleanup, or general property repair, your experience will be a valuable asset to our restoration and utility operations.

As a Restoration & Landscaping Laborer, you’ll work under the guidance of an experienced Foreman and alongside skilled operators and technicians, gaining hands‑on experience in both utility restoration and property improvement tasks.

  • Valid Driver's License, required
What You'll Do
  • Perform restoration and landscaping tasks such as grading, back filling, sod installation, seeding, mulching, and general property cleanup
  • Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage
  • Assist with site restoration following utility work, ensuring properties are returned to a clean and safe condition
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free worksite
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain all required Operator Qualifications
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership
What You'll Have
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property restoration preferred
  • Strong desire to learn a new trade and grow within the utility industry
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work Environment
  • Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions
  • All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English
  • Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs), standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching and feeling, crouching and crawling
  • Work is performed within the “red zone” of heavy equipment
  • Working safely requires quick/accurate hand‑eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Legal Stuff
  • Pass pre‑employment, random, post‑accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens
  • Provide valid US work authorization documents for E‑Verify
  • Satisfactory results of pre‑employment background check results
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is preferred
  • Pre‑employment medical fit‑for‑duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card
