We keep the projects coming so you can stay focused on what you do best — producing quality work and running your crew.

We’re currently partnering with experienced crews in:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Remodeling & Carpentry
• Roofing
• Deck & Fence Construction
• Flooring (Tile, LVP, Hardwood)
• Concrete & Masonry
• Welding & Metal Work
• Landscaping & Exterior Services

• Complete projects according to scope, schedule, and code
• Coordinate with our office staff and project managers
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
• Communicate progress, material needs, and updates
• Submit invoices, photos, and project documentation as needed
• Represent yourself and our brand professionally with customers

• Active Virginia contractor’s license (Class A, B, or C as applicable)
• General liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
• Established crew preferred (3+ team members)
• 10+ years of experience in your trade
• Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and reliability
• Commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
• Based within the Northern Virginia service area

Project-based or negotiated rates depending on trade and scope

Ongoing work opportunities for the right partners

Long-term relationships preferred
