• Lead and manage a team of installers.
• Collaborate closely with production managers to ensure timely and effective project completion.
• Conduct site evaluations.
• Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace.
• Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly safety sessions.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for building positive relationships.
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Competitive salary starting at $22+ per hour (based on experience), with first-year earnings between $60,000 and $80,000, and potential to exceed $100,000 in future years.

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Expected hours:
  Minimum 40 per week.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday.
• Location:
  
  Multiple locations, ability to commute to Manassas, VA required.
• Salary:
  Starting at $22.00 per hour.
• Experience required:
  Construction: 1 year (Preferred);
  Concrete leveling: 1 year (Preferred).
• Language:
  English (Required);
  Bilingual Spanish (Preferred).
• License/Certification:
  Driver’s License (Preferred).
