Parrish Services - Lead HVAC Installer

About the Company

Parrish Services is now part of Ace Hardware Home Services, providing residential heating, cooling, and maintenance services across the country.

This role involves installing and servicing HVAC equipment, generators, and related systems in residential and light commercial settings.

• Install generators and related equipment, including gas lines, in residential and light commercial settings.
• Assemble and install heating and air‑conditioning units for homes.
• Design and install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure a reputation for superior service during all customer interactions.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

• 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience (required).
• EPA Universal Certification (preferred).
• Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Dependable, consistent, growth‑mindset, and eager to improve.
• Ability to hustle and thrive under pressure.
• Strong team‑player with a positive attitude.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Capability to work outside and be exposed to heat and cold.
• Ability to hear and speak for efficient information exchange.
