At Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia (Arlington to Haymarket), we’re looking for an experienced Home Repair Hero who can tackle a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects. You’ll be part of a team that provides the customers, scheduling, and support. No chasing leads, no slow seasons, no worrying about where the next job is coming from.

• Carpentry and trim work
• Drywall repair and painting
• Door and hardware repairs
• Bathroom and kitchen repairs
• Deck and fence repairs
• Tile and flooring repairs
• Light plumbing repairs
• Light electrical work
• Fixture installations
• Aging-in-place modifications
• Home maintenance services
• Punch-list and repair projects
• Troubleshooting household issues and finding practical solutions
• Creating estimates for additional work opportunities
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in residential construction, remodeling, handyman services, or skilled trades
• Strong skills across multiple trades
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Pride in doing the job right the first time

• $28–$45+ per hour based on experience
