We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Technician to join our team in Manassas, VA
. In this role you will provide high‑quality drain cleaning services and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose drain issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Complete all drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work for in‑home service calls.
• Provide camera service for mainline stoppages.
• Describe diagnosed problems to customers and provide solutions.
• Engage with customers professionally, communicating drain issues and recommended solutions to generate sales opportunities.
• Obtain agreement for services before performing work.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products, maximizing revenue potential.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service experiences and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain truck inventory of parts and restock to minimum levels.
• Be able to remove and reset a toilet and a P‑trap.
• Operate equipment safely.
• Wear all applicable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and co‑workers.
• Participate in required staff meetings and training.

• 2 or more years of sewer and drain cleaning, replacement, and sales experience.
• Experience operating a sewer camera.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of septic systems, sewer and drain systems, and underground piping.
• Experience repairing underground drains and sewers using conventional excavation methods or using trenchless pipe replacement equipment is a plus.

• High integrity and strong communication skills.
