As a Mechanic Apprentice within the Rental and Leasing Services industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of rental equipment and vehicles. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems or prior coursework in automotive or mechanical technology.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.

• Previous experience or internship in a mechanical or automotive repair setting.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to mechanical work.

• Assist senior mechanics in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing rental vehicles and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks under supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory to support operational tracking and compliance.
• Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical problems and support troubleshooting efforts.
