- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Generator Technician, Generator Installer, Electrical Technician, or related field service professional
- Proven expertise in installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential standby generators
- Strong commitment to delivering an outstanding homeowner experience
- Effective communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for this role. Company policy requires that all drivers be at least 21 years old.
- Install residential standby generator systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on residential generator systems
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, fuel system, and operational issues
- Conduct startup, commissioning, and performance testing of newly installed equipment
- Educate homeowners on generator operation, maintenance requirements, and available service options
