We are expanding our field crews and seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a background in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or property restoration. As a Restoration & Landscaping Laborer, you'll work under the guidance of an experienced Foreman and alongside skilled operators and technicians, gaining hands-on experience in both utility restoration and property improvement tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Perform restoration and landscaping tasks such as grading, back filling, sod installation, seeding, mulching, and general property cleanup
• Use hand tools to dig around existing utility structures to prevent damage
• Assist with site restoration following utility work, ensuring properties are returned to a clean and safe condition
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicles and equipment
• Maintain all required Operator Qualifications
• Support additional tasks as assigned by leadership

What You'll Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property restoration preferred
• Strong desire to learn a new trade and grow within the utility industry
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Work sites are outdoors in potentially extreme weather conditions. All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English. Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling. Work is performed within the "red zone" of heavy equipment. Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Legal Stuff:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record is preferred
