As a HVAC Apprentice, you will:

• Work side-by-side with Technicians to thoroughly check the entire HVAC system for the customer.
• Learn how to troubleshoot, service, and install HVAC equipment.
• Make suggestions to customers for additional HVAC needs.
• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business.
• Completing all necessary paperwork.

Desired

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service/repair/install.
• CFC Universal is a plus.
• Must work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude.
• Have aspirations to learn new skills and get licensed in the future.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Complete personality assessment aimed towards assessing you enterprising potential and ability to work independently as "go-getter".
