As a HVAC Apprentice, you will:
- Work side-by-side with Technicians to thoroughly check the entire HVAC system for the customer.
- Learn how to troubleshoot, service, and install HVAC equipment.
- Make suggestions to customers for additional HVAC needs.
- Build strong customer relationships and repeat business.
- Completing all necessary paperwork.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in residential HVAC service/repair/install.
- CFC Universal is a plus.
- Must work well with others, as a team, and keep a positive attitude.
- Have aspirations to learn new skills and get licensed in the future.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Complete personality assessment aimed towards assessing you enterprising potential and ability to work independently as "go-getter".
