Company: LV Comm-Sec Inc is a small rapidly growing security systems integration company looking for a Lead Field Technician.

We are expanding and looking for an energetic person to join our team. This position is a hands‑on/physical type in the areas of cable‑pulling, installing and troubleshooting various physical security systems (CCTV, video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and security alarm).

Company vans are provided to the Lead Technicians. Training is provided as necessary and some travel is required. Health Insurance, vacation, holidays, disability and workers compensation insurance are all offered.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to multi‑task and thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to pass a security background check and random drug tests.
• Must speak English fluently.
• Must possess attention to details, thoroughness and follow through.
• Must stay calm when dealing with difficult clients.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be willing to work in all different types of environments, indoors and out.
• Must have a strong work ethic and be willing to go above and beyond whenever necessary.
• Must be willing to adapt and be flexible.
• Must be well‑groomed and present self neatly and cleanly.
• Physically capable and willing to move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work on ladders.
• Can navigate stairs and other physical obstacles.
