A&P Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance in a Part 145 Repair Station, focusing on Citation, Falcon, Textron, Cirrus, and Gulfstream aircrafts. This role specializes in turbine aircraft and involves performing heavy maintenance, including phase and inspections.

• Perform heavy maintenance and inspections on various aircraft models.
• Ensure compliance with Part 145 Repair Station standards.
• Conduct aircraft inspections, including annual, 100-hour, and 300-hour checks.
• Work on corporate aircraft maintenance and repair operations (MRO).
• Utilize your expertise in turbine engine aircraft for specialized tasks.

• Possession of a valid A&P license.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with heavy maintenance and aircraft inspection procedures.
• MRO experience and familiarity with Part 145 standards.

• Turbine engine aircraft experience is preferred.
• Experience with Citation or King Air aircraft is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must provide own tools.

Work within a Part 145 hangar environment, beginning each day with an 8AM all-hands meeting. Documents for inspections will be distributed, and you will move from one task to another throughout the day. The work schedule includes a 30-minute lunch break, with additional 15-minute breaks at 10AM and 2PM. The environment is project-driven, with a team of 14 employees. The standard workload is anticipated to be 40 hours per week, with overtime scheduled ahead of time and based on project needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
