Maintenance Technician - Sudley Crossing

Full-Time.

New York, NY, US.

Salary Range: $27.00 to $29.00 hourly.

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our community in Manassas VA. If you are an experienced technician with a desire for a career with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.
TGM Communities is a full service real estate investment advisory firm. TGM acquires and manages apartment properties throughout the U.S. on behalf of our investors.

• Respond to all assigned maintenance work orders.
• Rectify all maintenance problems during the workday.
• Responsible for general clean‑up of the community.
• Be available for after‑hour emergency calls on a rotational basis.
• Provide basic hand tools.
• Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as may be assigned.

• Previous experience in most areas of maintenance and repairs.
• Good history of job dependability and performance.
• Experience using maintenance equipment and tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC Type II Certification.
  • EPA / HVAC Certification Training is available for continued career growth at no cost to you.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (subject to change). On‑call duties may be required.
