We're seeking experienced Commercial Carpenters to join our team on a high-profile federal data center construction project in Manassas, VA. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale commercial project, earn $43/hour, and gain valuable experience in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the construction industry.

If you have experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, and commercial carpentry, we want to hear from you.

• Perform commercial carpentry work on a federal data center construction site
• Install and work with heavy-gauge metal studs
• Measure, cut, and install plywood and other building materials
• Construct, modify, and finish building structures according to project specifications
• Hang, tape, and finish drywall as needed
• Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines

• Previous experience in commercial construction and carpentry
• Proficiency with metal stud framing, plywood installation, and commercial building systems
• Experience hanging and finishing drywall
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to the Manassas job site daily

• $43/hour
• 6-8 month project assignment

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $43.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
