You don't need to be a master of every trade.

You do need to be the guy who can walk into a house look at the problem and know what to do next.

10+ years working with your hands is what we're after.

You know how to work without somebody looking over your shoulder.

You know how to protect a customer's home.

You know how to clean up when the job is finished.

You know that doing the job right is more important than doing it twice.

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes pride in their work
• Shows up when they're supposed to
• Has their own tools
• Can work on their own
• Can talk to homeowners without making things complicated
• Knows how to troubleshoot
• Has a good work ethic
• Doesn't need to be babysat

If you've got the experience we'll give you the opportunity to use it.

Our office handles the customers scheduling and phones.

You get the job details get in the company van and go take care of the work.

10+ years hands-on experience

Your own basic tools
