About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure that plumbing systems are installed and maintained to meet building codes and safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training and experience
  • Valid plumbing license
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building codes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
  • Experience with stainless steel and power tools
  • Strong carpentry skills
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Read and interpret blueprints and building codes to determine optimal plumbing solutions
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained to meet safety standards
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Skills:

As a Plumber, you will use your knowledge of plumbing codes and safety regulations to ensure that plumbing systems are installed and maintained to meet building codes and safety standards. You will use your skills in reading and interpreting blueprints and building codes to determine optimal plumbing solutions. You will also use your carpentry skills to install and repair fixtures and pipes.

Additionally, you will use your ability to write routine reports and correspondence to maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Finally, you will use your experience with power tools and stainless steel to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
