As a world leader in memory and storage solutions, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Electrical Technician to support operations at our advanced semiconductor manufacturing facility in Manassas, Virginia.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical system malfunctions to quickly restore equipment to operational status.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment to maximize reliability and performance.
• Respond effectively to equipment and system failures, minimizing downtime and ensuring rapid recovery of operations.
• Monitor, identify, and respond appropriately to alarm conditions.
• Provide timely support to resolve facility equipment issues and improve overall system performance.
• Investigate and resolve recurring equipment alarms and chronic reliability concerns.
• Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality, efficiency, and system stability.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, testing, calibrations, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with the installation, modification, repair, and removal of facilities equipment.
• Build strong partnerships with internal customers and provide exceptional customer service to supported teams.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment to diagnose transmission, operational, and control system issues.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and associated systems.
• Maintain and repair electrical components including circuit breakers, controllers, switches, motors, relays, meters, conduit systems, and power distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Follow established safety procedures and support a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• 1-2 years of experience working with industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor electrical systems.
• 1-2 years of general maintenance or facilities maintenance experience.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (3 days on/4 days off, followed by 4 days on/3 days off).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

• Valid Electrical Journeyman License.
• 3+ years of experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor electrical systems.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, Facilities Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Interest in or experience developing and implementing Agentic AI workflows to enhance maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, or operational processes.
