What You’ll Do- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals.
- Plan meaningful activities based on each person’s interests.
- Teach independent living, communication, safety, and social skills.
- Encourage personal choice, dignity, and community involvement.
- Provide transportation and hands-on assistance when required.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
