Access Star is hiring dependable and compassionate Community Coaches to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and day-program settings.

You might help someone explore the community, practice shopping, volunteer, develop social skills, or become more confident and independent.

• Support individuals in achieving their personal goals.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Dependable attendance and strong communication skills.
• Ability to complete electronic documentation.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• IDD or human-services experience is preferred but not required.
