Responsibilities
- Prepare, plan, execute and be responsible for system integration, manual testing and installations of medium‑size, medium‑complexity, and medium‑risk systems and/or projects.
- Develop a wide variety of automated test scenarios and integrate them into a continuous delivery workflow using technologies such as Python, Shell, and Linux.
- Use testing knowledge to influence better software design and promote good engineering practices such as testability, accessibility, scalability, and performance.
- Contribute to the evolution of automated testing frameworks and the CI/CD pipeline.
- Contribute to the maintenance of testing infrastructure.
- Develop yourself in a true agile environment, covering software architecture, development, quality assurance, security, operations, and IT infrastructure aspects.
- Work in a truly international environment with main hubs across three continents.
- Test mission‑critical FIN products and provide on‑call support as part of future operational requirements.
- Perform acceptance testing activities of medium complexity related to hardware and software components of SWIFT networks, ensuring product quality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Five or more years of experience in software and systems integration or testing; developing CI/CD, integration, or functional testing of highly scalable, resilient, and secure software.
- Strong problem‑solving skills under pressure and in high‑availability environments.
- Customer‑oriented and quality mindset, continually striving to deliver true customer value.
- Open‑minded, solutions‑oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Autonomous and driven, with a strong ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication skills for effective cross‑team collaboration.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Expertise in test automation, setup, execution, data analysis, and test analysis.
- Expertise in writing test strategies and test plans.
- Experience with RHEL (Linux) technology, including Python scripting.
- Experience with Java, Selenium, and/or Robot Framework.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins and integrating with Bitbucket/Git and artifact repositories.
- Experience building Ansible playbooks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

Salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia: $ to $ annually.
