  • Dataset curation, labeling, and training AI/ML models
  • Validating and analyzing AI/ML algorithm results, iteratively improving results
  • Generating data sets for use by the team in system testing and algorithm development
  • Traveling to the tactical site to exercise the ML lifecycle (up to 25% of the time)
Who You Are

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • An innovative mindset, capable of finding solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high‑quality results.
Desired Skills
  • Experience with AI/ML disciplines, domain programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Linux), models, frameworks, and toolsets

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex design information, technical decisions, and issues to both highly technical and non‑technical peers
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across organizations, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics – not afraid to challenge the existing approach to solutions
