Our client, a leading technology organization in the IT services sector, is seeking a Full‑Stack Application Developer to join their dedicated team. As a Full‑Stack Application Developer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting cross‑functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Full‑Stack Application Developer w/ Linux
Location: Manassas, Virginia
Pay Range: $68‑72/hr depending on years of experience
What’s the Job?
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern full‑stack technologies.
- Collaborate with product owners and team members to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Implement automation processes for infrastructure and application deployment.
- Support security and vulnerability management initiatives to ensure platform integrity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by optimizing workflows and documenting procedures.
What’s Needed?
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in full‑stack web application development (frontend and backend).
- Proficiency with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Java Spring Boot, Java JPA, REST API, and Node.js/Express.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Bitbucket/git, and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of Red Hat Linux 8.x/9.x operating systems and Java (expert level) and Python (advanced level).
