Delivery Driver

Job description

We are hiring for full time delivery drivers with a sign‑on bonus of $300 in 45‑60 days of hire for perfect attendance and fantastic scorecard. Delivery associates will be responsible for delivering Amazon packages for Focus Delivery now LLC.

Station

Location:

11920 Brady Lane, Manassas, VA

• $20.50 per hour (paid biweekly)
• 8‑10 hour shifts are typical
• 4‑5 day workweek (40 hours) is typical
• Expect consistent daytime shifts
• A minimum of 2 paid 15‑minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30‑minute meal break

Our company will provide delivery vans for drivers (No CDL required).

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4‑Panel Drug Screening (No Marijuana testing required).
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position).
• No felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with support team to ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
