Starting Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 based on experience.

The Service and Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers by operating company vehicles, assisting with general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This full‑time Warehouse Delivery Driver position offers opportunities for career growth.

• Operate company vehicles safely, efficiently, and courteously within TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours‑of‑service requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Adhere to pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable per company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure vehicle and work area.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with company values.
• Wear the clean and laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate various MHE (material handling equipment) safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or needed.

• 1+ years of delivery experience preferred; box truck experience an advantage.
• No at‑fault accidents in the last 1 year.
• Clean MVR.
• Current driver’s license relevant to vehicle types driven during company business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively; occasional lifts beyond 50 lbs possible.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.
