Non-CDL Delivery Driver​/Warehouse

Your Role

Delivery Drivers play a critical role in the success of our business as a key point of contact for our customers when delivering orders. The target is to ensure customer service excellence by presenting yourself professionally and communicating in a professional manner, delivering orders safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role also may support operations in the warehouse when there is no delivery or when returning early from a delivery.

• In the warehouse, pulls assigned orders and ensures they are double‑checked for accuracy.
• Safely loads orders onto the vehicle for delivery and drives the route safely.
• Upon arrival at the destination, unloads product.
• After returning from deliveries, turns in paperwork.
• Complies with all DOT, OSHA, and Grabber Safety Standards.
• Monitors vehicle condition and reports service needs to the Branch Operations Manager.
• Provides support to Warehouse and Sales Team.
• Interacts with customers and Branch staff during deliveries.
• Delivers product on a company vehicle as assigned.
• Back‑up and support operations in the warehouse, and may operate a forklift after completing training.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs in the warehouse for loading.

• Familiarity with using navigation systems.
• Excellent vision and hand‑eye coordination.
• Must be able to understand and communicate in English to follow safety instructions, operational procedures, and engage with customers.

• Long periods of driving and sitting in the delivery vehicle.
• Warehouse and outside environments.
• Use of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Lifting capabilities up to 40 lbs.
• Direct contact with customers.

This position assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co‑workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location. The driver exercises and promotes safe behaviors and shows unyielding support of programs, rules, and policies regarding safety.
