Route Service Representative - UniFirst

Uni First -  - Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned delivery route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily;
Assist service team by loading and unloading route trucks to begin each day efficiently;
Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and introducing new garments and products;
Identify upselling opportunities to grow route revenue and earnings;
Represent Uni First on the road by operating a company walk-in truck along designated routes with safety as a priority;
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments requiring energy, attention to detail, and safety;
Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards;
Maintain a predictable schedule servicing the same route and customers each week
