 The Non CDL Driver is a delivery position responsible for driving a company vehicle limited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 25900. The position will be assigned stops to deliver food service products with a high level of service to customers. One year multi-stop delivery experience required or six month local delivery experience and/or food service industry experience. Must meet the medical requirements of the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).

All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation  - Saturday, occasionally Mondays
 Shifts start time: 4:30 AM
 Average 8-10 hr. days

 Main Ingredients of the Job
 Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
 Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
 Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
 Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
 Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
 Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements
 Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
 Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
 What You Bring to the Table
 Must be at least 21 years of age
 Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required. DOT medical card/certification required.
 Must be able to pass DOT physical and pass pre-employment testing (including items such as Drug Screen & Background Check)
 No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver’s license suspensions in the past three years.
 No commercial or professional driving experience required. One year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months local delivery experience and/or food service industry experience.
 Hand cart delivery experience preferred.
 Availability to work on weekends, Holidays and overtime in order to service customers
 Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
 Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

 Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $24 and $25.
 This role may also receive overtime compensation.
