Sunday – 5pm start time, Monday – Thursday – 5:30pm start time until workload is completed.

Pay Rate: $23.42/hr (ability to earn up to $37/hr within the 1st year based on performance & up to $41/hr after 1 year based on performance)

• Safely and accurately select customer orders. Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets directed by order selecting software and equipment.
• Validate correct product selection and damage‑free items.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink‑wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in aisles and return pallet jacks to charging area.

• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from –5 °C to over 100 °F.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20–80 lbs of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. Weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in a highly physical environment (construction, farming, sports, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience, education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.02 and $29.51.
