Arista Care at Manchester, a respected 165‑bed skilled nursing facility known for its supportive leadership, beautiful campus, and resident‑centered care, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations across all shifts.
What You’ll Do- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high‑quality resident care
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with department heads and interdisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery
- Respond to clinical issues, guide staff, and handle any emergencies with confidence
- Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable work culture
- Active RN license in New Jersey
- 1+ years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in long‑term care
- 2+ years in relevant experience
- Strong clinical judgment, team leadership, and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems and regulatory protocols
