Per Diem Nursing Supervisor RN

Arista Care at Manchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Manchester Township, NJ. The Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor will lead nursing staff in a beautifully maintained skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapy technology and a handpicked, specialty-trained clinical team.

Prior nursing home experience is required for the Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor position.

• Supervise and support nursing staff across the facility during the shift
• Oversee resident care and ensure quality clinical standards are met
• Serve as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families
• Coordinate staffing, assignments, and shift coverage
• Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise
