Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures and site-specific policies;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries;
Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed;
Conduct regular patrols around residential buildings and designated areas to deter unauthorized access and identify unusual activity;
Support gatehouse and lobby operations by communicating with residents regarding guest access and reporting property concerns
