Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.;
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorization, issue visitor passes as applicable, and maintain accurate access and incident records.;
Respond to access-control concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entry gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Communicate observations, access issues, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in a timely manner.
