Controller, Accounting, Financial Controller

Our client is a startup holding company with three operating companies already acquired. The Controller will be the first hire on the finance team, reporting to the Operating CEO and working closely with the founders. You will own accounting at two levels: the Holdco, including investor, lender, and tax reporting, and each partner company, where the books must be clean enough to show what every job actually earns.

You will build the accounting backbone of a multi-company operating business from a clean sheet, and then run it at scale

• Build the accounting function from scratch
