** The IT Inventory Specialist will collaborate with a tight-knit team focused on procurement and asset management. This is an in-person, full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, no overtime required) based in Manchester, CT.

* ** Assist with shipping, resolve accounts payable issues, and support device management processes**
* ** Create and maintain documentation for new and updated processes**
* ** Issue RFQs, RFPs, or bids and track assets using asset management software**
* ** Conduct and document periodic asset audits**
* ** Deploy base images onto new laptops**
* ** Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement and asset management processes
**** Preferred Competencies & Skills**
* ** Knowledge of supply chain or procurement processes in an IT environment**
* ** Vendor relations experience**
* ** Familiarity with SAP**
* ** Experience using asset tracking or ticketing platforms
