Senior Manager, Store Strategy – Transformation Program Lead

• Lead execution of TD Bank's Store Expansion Strategy
• Lead the program management component of process transformation
• Deliver complex intra-business and cross-line-of-business projects
• Develop change management strategies and assess impacts across the business
• Lead high-impact process improvement opportunities with measurable results
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the Business Excellence Model for Retail Store Operations
• Influence management and advocate for adoption of identified changes
• Develop program roadmaps for iterative business enhancements and innovation components
• Build relationships with technology partners and link project sponsors with technology management
• Direct managers of component projects and teams to coordinate efforts
• Develop program governance and reporting; monitor and control program management plans
• Manage overall program performance and integration of component initiatives
• Adjust the transformation program based on business priorities and issues
• Consolidate and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Maintain relationships with Business Excellence, Productivity Analytics, Workforce Management, and supporting partners
• Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
• Identify stakeholders and develop resource plans; ensure resources are mobilized
• Track each project's contribution to the overall transformation and resolve program issues
• Ensure project management and communications teams effectively communicate milestones

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in an analytical field such as Business, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
• 5-7 years related experience required in Bank Operations, Retail Banking, Process Improvement, or Project Management
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and competing agendas without express authority over delivery teams
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including working effectively with Executives and Senior Management
• Analytical aptitude with investigative, methodical critical questioning, and logical thinking
• Data-driven decision-making ability
• Outstanding track record conceptualizing, leading, and successfully delivering large-scale transformational programs
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Proficiency with Visio and MS Project
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Proven ability to see business processes through a Customer lens
