Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of critical propeller programs from concept to production. This role sits at the center of engineering, operations, and strategy, driving alignment, managing complexity, and ensuring programs deliver results.
  • Play a key role in scaling products and operations while building the systems that support future growth.
  • Drive program success by delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope, aligned to business objectives.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment by coordinating engineering, manufacturing, and operations to act as a single team.
  • Build structure and discipline into program execution to support scalable growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in program management, engineering, or operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Strong understanding of product development and manufacturing environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience driving schedules, managing risks, and delivering results
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments

Location & Pay

This pay range is specific to the location where the role is posted. Final pay will depend on experience, skill level, and other job-related factors.

$110,000 - $123,750 USD
