- Strong engineering judgment, communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments as needed.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to comply with export control, ITAR, and related security requirements.
- Experience in aggressive product development environments with high technical standards.
- Experience supporting certification or qualification of aerospace systems.
- Strong interest in mechanical systems, aircraft, and manufacturing.
- Work alongside elite engineering talent and innovators from across aerospace and tech.
- Be part of a team moving faster than the industry standard.
- Shape solutions that are lower-cost, autonomous, and scalable - the future of aviation.
- Competitive compensation, including equity participation, growth opportunities, and full health benefits (health, vision, dental, 401(k)) designed to support you in and out of work.
