A leading alternative investment manager has an immediate opening for a Whole Loan Operations & Accounting Analyst. This is a unique opportunity for a junior accounting or finance professional to gain broad exposure to loan acquisitions, financing, securitizations, valuation, P&L, operations, and technology-driven process improvements.

Job Description:- Prepare funding schedules and supporting documentation for loan acquisitions and originations
- Reconcile and process monthly servicer reporting while validating onboarding and transfer activity
- Coordinate with Middle Office and Operations on liquidity, trade allocations, and settlements
- Support repo financing, liquidity management, and collateral/documentation processes
- Monitor portfolio data, loan characteristics, servicer activity, delinquencies, and prepayment protections
- Assist with P&L calculations, tax amortization, audit requests, and operational reporting
- Support the development and testing of proprietary portfolio management and reporting systems
- Help enhance accounting policies, procedures, controls, and workflows through automation and AI
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Big 4 audit/advisory experience with financial services clients or credit fund accounting experience
- CPA or CPA exam parts passed preferred
- Whole loan or fixed income experience is a plus
- Strong accounting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across investment, operations, and external counter parties
- Greenwich, CT — 4 days per week in office
