POSITION SUMMARY:

Performs a variety of clerical support and other duties to assist the nursing staff in carrying out daily patient care activities. Prepared and maintains patient medical records. Transcribes and expedites Physician orders. Functions as a Receptionist. Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge of Medical Terminology required.

COMPETENCIES:

Must be able to read and communicate effectively using the English language. Basic Computer skills are necessary.
